基于最小二乘辨识模型的隔离型数字按时计的研究与开发

摘要 针对大型蓄电池存储容量在线实时检测技术难题,采用高档AVR单片机ATMEGA8L为核心,设计了输入信号±100mV、测量端与测试系统间电气全隔离的安时计,采用了最小二乘算法对系统误差进行了校正,辨识出了精确的系统模型,以很少的单片机代码量实现了最小二乘算法;测试结果表明,系统性能可靠。精度高,尤其适合于复杂的强电磁干扰环境的大容量电量的实时监测。 To solve the problem of real--time detection of battery with large capacity, based on high quality AVR microcontroller AT- MEGA8L, an ampere hour meter with the input signal at ± 100mV and the electrical isolation between measurement end and test system is designed. Least squares algorithm is used to identify the precise system model and correct errors, and this algorithm is realized by a few MCU codes. Test results verify the reliable performances and high precision of the system, and demonstrate that it is especially suitable for real--time monitoring large capacity battery in complex environment of strong electromagnetic interferences.
