摘要
目的:对近3年我院与抗肿瘤相关的中药注射剂进行用药分析。方法:本课题采用药库计算机信息管理系统收集2005～2007年3年间我院常用抗肿瘤中药注射液的有关数据,并进行统计分析。结果:与抗肿瘤相关的中药注射剂用量是逐年递增的,与其他抗肿瘤中西药剂型相比用量最大(占38%),以驱邪为主的中药注射剂的用量增长快于以扶正为主的中药注射剂。结论:说明中药注射剂在治疗肿瘤疾病方面有重要意义,对于肿瘤患者不仅能提高其自身机体免疫力,增加防卫功能,而且在杀伤肿瘤细胞,抑制病毒复制,增加机体对肿瘤的主动抵抗起着积极作用。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of anti-tumor traditional Chinese injectable drugs in our hospital. METHODS：The data regarding the utilization of anti-tumor traditional Chinese injectable drugs in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 retrieved from computer information management system in drug storeroom were analyzed statistically. RESULTS：The use of anti-tumor traditional Chinese injectable drugs in our hospital increased year by year, representing the highest proportion （38%） the total anti-tumor drugs. The traditional Chinese injectable drugs used for driving away evil increased more rapidly than that for strengthening body resistance. CONCLUSION ： The results are suggestive of the importance of traditional Chinese injectable drugs in the treatment of tumor. It plays an active role in enhancing patients＇ immunity against disease, killing tumor ceils, inhibiting viral replication as well as improving body＇s defensive ability against tumor.
