摘要
高含量高性能钢纤维混凝土具有很高的强度和韧性。由于钢纤维含量大,因此成型工艺复杂。通过试验对灌浆法、渗浇法以及混合搅拌法进行研究,得出了每种成型方法存在的问题和适用范围,并配制出了相应的高强高性能钢纤维混凝土。试验结果表明,同步渗浇法较其他工艺成型效果好,可以在钢纤维掺量≤10%的工程实践中推广应用。
High-content and high-performance steel fiber reinforced concrete has high strength and toughness. Its forming process is complex because of the high-content of steel fiber. The grouting method, permeability poured method and mixing stirring method are studied through tests, which indicated the problems and application scope of each forming method. Corresponding high-strength and high-performance steel fiber reinforced concrete is formed. Furthermore, the tests show that synchronous permeabaility poured method is better than others and can popularize in practical project with ≤ 10% steel fiber content.
