摘要
本文主要阐述了活体检测法、化学速测法、酶抑制原理速测法、免疫学技术、纳米金技术、色谱技术、表面等离子共振生物传感技术、红外光谱快速检测技术在果蔬农药残留快速检测中的应用现状和发展前景。
In this paper, the application and development of the rapid detection technologies on the pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables were introduced, including detection in living body, rapid chemical detection, enzyme-controling detection, chromatography and immune technologies, marking method with nanogold, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technology and infrared spectroscopy (IR) technology.
