客户关系管理(CRM)是商业领域非常重要的管理思想,应用CRM思想构建高校毕业生反馈模型,构建高校毕业生反馈信息系统,并对毕业生反馈信息进行分析和数据挖掘,给高校人才培养和毕业生就业提供决策支持。
CRM is a key notion in the domain of business world, it is quite necessary to introduce CRM into graduate management, to construct a feedback model and a corresponding feedback system, with the help of which the feed back data can be analyzed and mined so as to provide decision support for talent cultivation and graduate employment.
