摘要
针对我国某一款侧面碰撞安全不符合《汽车侧面碰撞的乘员保护》标准要求的国产车型,通过深入分析该车型存在侧面碰撞安全问题的根源,结合轿车侧面结构安全设计普遍原则及与同类车型侧面碰撞变形结果的对比分析,提出了改进B柱、车门内壁的减速板、车门防撞杆和车门槛台阶等措施。为了验证改进方案的有效性,建立了该车型的侧面碰撞有限元模型,采用了有限元计算和基于PSM方法的假人损伤分析。仿真结果表明,改进方案能减小车门侵入量和明显降低假人损伤值,显著提高轿车的侧面碰撞安全性。
In order to improve the side impact safety of a production car which can not meet the need of the side impact occupant protection regulation, the possible reasons for the poor side impact properties of the car were analyzed. Based on the general principles for side structural design and comparison with the side impact deformation results of other similar cars, the improvement measure by changing the structure of B-pillar, decelerated panel of inner wall, anti-collision pole of door and door step was presented. The finite element model of the car was developed and validated. The FEM simulation and passenger injury analysis based on the PSM(prescribed structure motion) method were performed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the measure. The simulation results show that the intrusion of the door and the passenger injury parameters are decreased significantly,and so,the side impact safety of the car can be improved.
