液化天然气船隔热舱室温度场的仿真计算 被引量:2

Simulation and Analysis of Temperature Field in a Insulated Cabin of Membrane Type LNG Carrier

摘要 分析了液化天然气(LNG)船液货舱隔热舱室,提供了传热数学模型、边界条件、舱室合理简化、舱室对流系数以及辐射边界的处理,然后基于ANSYS软件建立了138000 m3LNG船1/4液货舱的三维有限元模型,运用APDL语言进行迭代计算,计算出在各种工况下LNG船隔热舱室的温度场分布、蒸发率等参数并与实船比较分析,其仿真结果与实测数据接近,证明建模和仿真计算方法是可行的。 Heat insulation cavity of a LNG carrier's cabin is described and its mathematic model of heat conduction, boundary conditions, some treatments for cabin etc. are presented. The software ANSYS is used to set up a 3-D FE model of 1/4 liquid cargo cabin for a 138 000 m^3 LNG carrier and APDL program is used to make calculation. Tem perature field Distributions, total heat quantity , BOR etc. of cabin in various operation conditions are obtained and compared with that of real vessel. The simulation results are close to the measured data from real vessel and it is proved that this modeling and simulation method is feasible.
