摘要
文化模型是以伊恩·麦克尼为典型代表的一种大学治理形态的解释模型。它是建立在克拉克的三角模型基础上,对克拉克的三角模型的修正和发展,它充分考虑了学校面临的挑战,指出大学的治理形态变迁是由一系列影响政策的权力、价值与文化要素构成的。伊恩·麦克尼采用这种模型来解释不同的外部资源环境是如何影响大学治理形态形成的,并对大学不同治理形态下的文化特征进行说明。这对于促进当前我国高等教育的改革与发展具有一定的启示。
The cultural model was a kind of interpretation of university governance patterns put forward by Ian McNay, which is built on the triangular model of Clark and it also amends and develops Clark triangular model. It has fully considered the challenges faced by schools. Ian McNay pointed out that the changes in governance form of University were affected by a series of factors such as the power of policy, values and cultural elements. He used this model to explain how the different external resource environment impacted the formation of university governance. There are some inspiration in this model to promote the reform and development of higher education in China.
