提升轮体加工工艺的设计

摘要 提升轮体是立式洗瓶机上的一个较复杂的零件,由不锈钢铸造再经车铣加工而成,轮体上有15条T字型滑道,其尺寸精度、表面粗糙度和对称度都有较高要求,由于不锈钢材料加工性能不好且铣削加工后期被挖去的材料大部分使工件刚性变得很差,产生较大的变形,致使加工十分困难。文章介绍了从控制工件加工变形的角度设计了加工的铣削夹具和一套完整的加工工艺,经实际运用满足了零件设计精度要求,提高了效率并确保了产品的质量。 Lifting wheel,a more complex part of vertical bottle-washing machine is made of casting stainless steel and undergone milling. There are 15 T-shape sliding passages on it, requiring high accuracy of dimensions, low surface roughness,and fine symmetry.It may out of the shape and causing the difficult machining due to the weak machining-abilities of stainless steel and the losses of the rigidness causing by the exceeding cutting of the material.The article introduced from the control of the workpiece deformation processing point of view of the design process of milling tixture and a complete set of processing technology, the actual use of parts designed to meet the requirements of accuracy and improve efficiency to ensure the quality of the product.
