摘要
研究在硫酸--盐酸介质下,没食子酸与铈(Ⅳ)和罗丹明6G体系的化学发光行为,并对影响化学发光强度的诸因素进行试验和探讨,据此建立了流动注射化学发光法检测没食子酸的新方法.检测的线性范围为1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6g/mL;检出限为3.0×10-9g/mL;对浓度为1.0×10-7g/mL没食子酸连续11次测定,其相对标准偏差为2.1%.该方法应用于清咽片中没食子酸含量的测定,结果满意.
A new flow injection chemiluminescence (FICL) method for the determination of Gallic Acid has been developed. It is based on the chemiluminescence's reaction of Gallic Acid with Cerium(Ⅳ) (Ce(Ⅳ))-Rhodamine 6G in sulfuric-chlorhydric acid medium, and the experiments on factors that enhance chemiluminescence. The concentration range of linear response was 1.0×10^-8-0.0×10^-6g/mL, a detection limit of 3.0×10^-9 g/mL and RSD of 2.1% (n = 11, Cs = 1.0 × 10^-7 g]mL). The proposed method was used to determine Berberine Hydrochloride in tablet with satisfactory results.
