摘要
以致密刚玉、碳化硅、炭素材料、氧化铝微粉、刚玉微粉等为原料,以硅溶胶为结合剂制备了Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料,与高炉出铁场应用的主沟铁线料、渣线料以及脱Si用摆动流嘴料对比进行了抗高炉水渣、脱Si渣和脱P渣侵蚀试验研究,侵蚀试验采用静态坩埚法(氧化气氛,1450℃3h)和动态旋转法(1500℃,转速为60r.min-1,试验旋转时间10min)两种方法进行。另外,对所研制的浇注料又进行了静态坩埚强化侵蚀试验:1500℃3h抗渣侵蚀试验和2次1450℃3h抗渣侵蚀试验。结果表明:所研制的硅溶胶结合Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料对3种渣的抗侵蚀性能均比目前高炉出铁场使用的主沟铁线料、渣线料以及脱Si用摆动流嘴料要好;在3种铁水预处理渣中,脱Si渣和脱P渣对材料的侵蚀较严重。
Silica - sol bonded Al2O3-SiC-C castables was prepared using dense corundum, SiC, carbon materials, Al2O3 micropowder and corundum micropowder as starting materials. The resistances to blast furnace granulated slag.dephosphorization slag and desiliconization slag of the developed castables were com- paratively studied with main trough iron-line castables, slag-line castable and desiliconization tilter castables by static crucible method (oxidative atmosphere,l 4.50 ℃,3 h) and rotating method in induction furnace (1 500 ℃,60 r · min-1 ,10 min). The developed castables was also tested by strengthened static corrosion in crucible ( 1 500 ℃ 3 h or 1 450 ℃ 3 h,twice). The results show that silica -sol bonded Al2O3-SiC-C castables has better corrosion resistance than other three materials used in blast furnace cast house. Among the three molten iron pre-treatment slags, desiliconization slag and dephosphorization slag have severer corrosion to these materials.
