摘要
对全井眼电导含水率计的结构和测量原理进行了简要介绍。该含水率计在油水两相流下进行了多次重复实验,并对实验结果进行了处理与分析,给出了该含水率计在不同流量下和不同含水率下的误差分布情况。结果表明,在实验流量范围内,10 m3/d时全井眼电导含水率计的测量含水率误差最大,且含水率测量误差随流量增大而减小;30 m3/d以上时测量误差在±5.5%以内。结合滑脱效应和电场分布特性分析了造成误差分布特点的原因。
The structure and measuring principle of the full borehole conductance water-cut meter is briefly introduced. The experiments are carried out in oil-water two-phase flow. The experimental results are processed and the repeated experimental results for many times are given. The re- peatability of the water-cut meter and error distribution under the condition of different flow rates and water cut are analyzed. The results show that within the range of the experimental flowrates, the error of the meter is the biggest when the flow rate is 10 m^3/d. Measurement error of watercut decreases with the increase of the flowrate and when the flow is more than 30 m^3/d, measurement error is within ±5.5%. The reasons causing the error distribution are slippage effect and uneven distribution of electric field of conductance sensor.
