文章分析了太西洗煤厂精末煤的煤质及可选性,介绍了超低灰末煤生产的工艺流程及特点,通过采取控制入料质量、减少分选密度波动、稳定旋流器的入口压力、保持悬浮液稳定性、保证产品脱介及脱水效果等措施,取得了生产调试的成功,并获得了很好的经济效益。
The paper describes the design of process flow sheet that for preparing ultra-low ash content fine coal, and presents that the key factors of operation adjusting are adjusting of medium preparation and circulation system, adjusting of product medium draining and dewatering and quality control of product.
