摘要
采用TPS为改性剂刺备高粘度改性沥青,研究了TPS对不同基质沥青的改性效果及TPS掺量对改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明:TPS对沥青的改性效果与基质沥青的组成密切相关,在相同TPS掺量下,基质沥青的胶质含量越大,改性沥青的60℃粘度越大;在TPS掺量为14%~17%之间,TPS掺量对改性沥青的软化点、针入度和延度的影响较小,而对60℃粘度影响显著,对于S-70沥青,在TPS掺量大于15%以后,其60℃粘度迅速增大。
TPS modifier was employed to prepare high viscosity modified asphalt binder. Effect of TPS contents and kinds of base asphalt on the properties of modified asphalt was investigated. The results indicated strong correlations exist between the chemical composition of base asphalt and the properties of TPS modified asphalt. The viscosity of modified asphalt at 60 ℃ increased with resin content of base asphalt increase at same contents of TPS. When TPS content was between 14 % and 17 %, effect of TPS content on softening point, penetration and ductility of modified asphalt was slight. But TPS contents have significant influence on viscosity of modified asphalt at 60℃. The viscosity of modified asphalt at 60 ℃ increased rapidly when TPS contents was more than 15 %.
