快速城市化过程中的水资源利用及其管理——以苏州工业园区为例

摘要 以苏州工业园区水环境为研究对象,对水环境质量现状进行调查与监测,结果表明,园区水环境的主要污染源为污水厂尾水、农业面源污染、渔业污染,以及航运、酸雨等带来的污染。水环境治理面临的突出问题是上游来水水质差、人口快速增长使园区面临巨大的环境压力、潜在的高新技术污染、不合理的产业结构带来的水环境压力、水的自净能力差等。最后提出了园区水资源可持续利用的具体对策。 At present, the shortage of water resources and water pollution constraint the economic and social development across the globe, and have a profound impact on the survival environment of human beings. This paper is an attempt to analyze the water environment of Suzhou Industry Park, investigate and monitor the water quality here. The results show that the park's main pollution sources are the tail water of sewage plants, agricultural non-point source pollution, pollution from fisheries, pollution caused by shipping and acid rain. The major problems of water environment governance are poor water quality upstream runoff, enormous pressure on the environment caused by rapid population growth, potential high-tech pollution, water pressure on the environment and poor self-purification ability of water brought about by irrational industrial structures.
