添加剂对钛酸铝-莫来石多孔隔热材料性能的影响

摘要 以钛酸铝—莫来石(Aluminium Titanate-Mullite,ATM)为主要原料,通过外加刚玉、镁铝尖晶石或铝矾土为添加剂,以聚苯乙烯泡沫球为成孔剂制备多孔隔热材料,所制备的多孔隔热材料孔洞分布均匀,平均孔径为3mm;研究了不同添加剂及其用量对隔热材料性能的影响。结果表明:3种添加剂都能有效地降低材料的导热系数和提高材料的抗压强度,导热系数最大可以减小21%,强度可提高60%。以刚玉、铝矾土为添加剂制备的多孔材料的重烧线收缩率增加,而以镁铝尖晶石为添加剂制备的多孔材料的重烧线收缩率减小。 A multiaperture heat insulation material was prepared through using aluminium titanate mullite (AMT) as main material, bauxite, magnesia--alumina spinel and corundum as additives and polystyrene foam--sphere as fore--forming agent. Uniformly aperture distribution may be obtained in the material and mean aperture size is 3 mm. Effect of the type and the amount of additive on performances of multiaperture heat -- insulation material was investigated. The results show that the coefficient of heat conduction of multiaperture heat -- insulation material may decrease 21% and compressive strength increase 60% tha'n that of aluminium titanate mullite respectively with content increase of three additives. At the same time, reburning shrinkage of material increases with the addition of bauxite or corundum, and decreases with the addition of magnesia--alumina spinel.
