摘要
传动稳定性是船舶推进轴系工作的重要性能之一,但是当冲击载荷作用在轴系上时必将激起轴系的振动响应.由于船舶推进轴系支承在滑动轴承上,当其回转速度不同时轴承油膜支承力发生变化,改变了轴系的支承状态,从而在冲击载荷的作用下轴系的振动响应随转速的改变也不同,文中用理论计算和试验方法研究了冲击载荷作用下船舶推进轴系回转速度与轴系回旋振动特性之间的关系,得到在轴承自激振动区域冲击作用激起轴的振动作用最强烈,破坏性最大.
The shaft transmission stability is one of important requirements of ship propulsive shafts. However, the shaft vibration is excited when the impact force is operated on the shafts. Because of the ship transmission shafts supported by journal bearings, the supporting situation will be changed when the bearing oil-film pressure is affected with the shaft rotating speed. It results in that the vibration response is influenced with the rotating speed when an impact force is applied on the ship shaft. It is done in the paper the impact response relationship between the vibration property and shaft rotating speed on the condition of impact force applied on the shaft by the theoretical and experimental meth- ods. It is concluded that the vibration is very intensive and destructive when the rotating speed is at bearing self-excited vibration frequency.
