摘要 小型低功耗器件是射频电路设计的研究热点,而微带技术具有小型化低功耗的优点,本文对于Wilkinson功分器的工作原理做以简介,并且介绍了一种2-4GHz微带型宽带功分器的设计过程,用Designer软件基于矩量法对这个宽带功分器进行了设计、仿真和相关参数的优化。最后对加工的样品进行实测,获得与仿真值吻合较好的结果。 The mini low power consumption component is a topic of general interest for studying RF circuit design, and the microstrip technique is characterized by this feature. This paper introduces the working principle of Wilkinson power divider, and presents a process for designing microstrip broadband power divider (2-4GHz). It is designed and simulated by using Designer software and taking moment method as a basis, the related parameters are optimized. Finally, the processed sample is measured practi- cally. The result tallied with the simulated value is obtained.
