二次谐波激光共焦显微镜的原理及全场成像实验

摘要 显微镜观察的许多样本分子具有非反演对称结构,与高峰值功率超短脉冲激光束可发生非线性相互作用,产生二次谐波。根据二次谐波激光共焦显微镜成像原理,对实验设备进行改装和简化,进行了二次谐波全场成像的验证性实验,得到了二次谐波图像。 There are some samples of microscopy that do not possess inversion symmetric structure.When these samples are illuminated with super-intensive peak power,super-fast and super-short laser pulse,they ll be excited to emit the second harmonic generation due to the nonlinear interaction between specimen materials and laser beam.According the principle of SHG laser confocal microscope,the experiments of second harmonic imaging of whole scene have been did and the second harmonic images have been obtained by the experimented equipments that were modlified and sinplifed.
