摘要
利用激光熔覆方法,在金属表面制备具抗磨损、耐高温等优异性能的TiB2基陶瓷金属复合涂层,是提高金属表面摩擦学性能的一个重要技术途径。本文从理论上研究了激光熔覆熔池中TiB2/Ni的热力学和动力学性能,分析了陶瓷/金属界面的存在形式、结合强度等,提出了提高陶瓷金属润湿性、相界面结合强度以及涂层致密性的措施,为获得高质量的TiB2基陶瓷金属复合涂层提供了理论上的指导和选择工艺参数的依据。
It is an important Technological method to attain TiB2 - base ceramic - metal composites coatings on carbon steel by laser cladding. The thermodynamics and dynamics of TiB2 and Ni in the melt pool of laser cladding, and the interface between ceramic and metal have been studied on theory. Further more, some measures about how to improve the wettability and bonding strength of phase interface ceramic - metal have heen brought out, ,Milch have provided a guide, for attainting high quality TiB2 - base ceramic - metal composites coatings, and the desigs of process parameters.
