摘要
目的:为探讨老年性白内障晶体的脂质过氧化物水平,我们对正常透明晶体和老年性白内障混浊晶体的水溶性荧光物质(WSFS)进行了对比测定。方法:应用荧光光谱法,对40例老年性白内障患者施行囊内冷冻摘除术后晶体和9例透明晶体的WSFS进行了测定。结果:老年性白内障晶体WSFS的相对荧光强度均值为549.147±179.42单位;与透明晶体的相对荧光强度均值(345.165±92.93单位)相比,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:WSFS是脂质过氧化物的代谢产物,其在老年性白内障晶体的异常增高,提示氧化损伤与老年性白内障的发生密切相关。
Objective: In order to detecting the quantity of the lipidperoxide in the senile cataract, water-soluble fluorescent substances(WSFS) insenile cataract and normal adult lenses were measured. Methods: 40 lenses from senile cataracts of opstoperation of intracapsular cataract extrac-tion and 9 lenses from normal adult were obtained. The quantities of WSFS between senile cataract and normal diaphanous lenses were determined by means of fluorecent spectrum. Results: The mean values of fluorescent substances in senile cataract and normal diaphanous lenses were 549.147 + 179.42 and 345.165 + 92.93, respectively. The significant difference of the WSFS between senile cataract and normal lenses was found from this expcriment( P <0.01).Conclusions:The water-sol-uble fluorescent substance is a kind of productions of lipidperoxide. The obvious increase of WSFS in senile cataract lenses suggested that the occurrence of senile cataract was related to the peroxide in-jury.
