摘要
制备了Ni/ZrO2催化剂,并研究了该催化剂的还原温度、载体焙烧温度对催化剂性能的影响.研究表明,当焙烧温度在823 K^1 023 K时,随着温度的升高,CH4的转化率也随之发生变化,焙烧温度为923 K时,CH4的转化率达到74.87%;当还原温度在723 K^1 023 K范围内时,随着还原温度的升高,CH4的转化率降低.
Ni/ZrO2 catalysts was prepared and the influences of the reduction temperatures of the catalyst, calcinationt emperatures of ZrO2 support were investigated in this paper. The results indicate that the calcination temperatures of the support changed from 823K to 1 023 K,the convertion of CH4 altered and the convertion of CH4 is 74.87% when the calcination temperature is 923 K. When the reduction temperatures of the catalyst changed from 723 K to 1 023 K, the selection of CO reduced.
