摘要
江苏版义务教育劳动与技术课程《营养与烹饪》新教材以"项目学习"理论为编写理念,经该教材教育干预的学生其营养知识的平均分、及格率和优良率均明显提高,营养态度也有所改善,体现了较为显著的营养教育效果,不失为基于课程途径实施学校营养教育的好教材。建议适当增加教育时间,不断更新并优化教学内容,修订营养教育指导性文件,实现多学科协同教学,以进一步培养学生良好的营养行为。
Project learning is the compilation idea of Nutrition and Cooking-the new teaching material of work and technical curriculum. It improves students' nutrition knowledge (the average mark, rate of ordinary level and rate of advanced level) and helps students to get a good result of nutrition attitude. It also shows the obvious education results during the process of nutrition teaching. So it is one of the good teaching materials of school nutrition education based on curriculum. By perfecting teaching documents, optimization curriculum content and increasing the education time suitably, and practising muhidisciplinary team teaching, we could further improve students' nutrition practice.
