摘要
教师要在人人平等的教育氛围中真心实意地与学生平等交流,鼓励学生自主思考、自主发展、自主争论,对传统的教学观念进行扬弃,遵循学生的认知规律,帮助学生发现自己的长处,提供条件,并加以引导和鼓励,学生才会发挥思维潜能,自由发展健全人格。
In an educational atmosphere of equality, teachers should sincerely communicate with students and encourage them to think, develop and argue independently. Meanwhile, teachers should discard the conventional teaching norms and truly follow students' cognitive rules and help students discover their own strengths and guide and encourage them while providing proper conditions. Only in this way can students develop their intellectual potentials and build up a wholesome character freely.
