通过附加前区压力棒的隔距块,继而产生了一个附加摩擦力界,迫使须条在前区产生一定弯曲而形成曲线牵伸,须条在压力棒下形成了包围弧,使前区摩擦力界分布增强,这有效地增强了对浮游纤维的控制,使纤维变速点向前钳口靠近,改善了成纱质量。
This test used the spacer with press bar in the front area of spinning section which produces additional friction field, forces the sliver bending in the front area of spinning section to form curvilinear draft, form the grip hold arc under the press bar, reinforces the friction field distributing. The floating fiber can be controlled effectively, which makes the variable speed point approaching the nip and improves the quality of yarn.
