摘要
加快内涵建设是当前高职教育发展的根本任务,本文从高职教育作为一种高教类型被确认、高职教育人才培养存在的偏差和高职院校生源特点等情况出发,提出基于"工学结合"的新一轮人才培养模式改革对高职院校加快内涵建设的重要意义,并着重分析了基于"工学结合"的人才培养模式改革面临的高职专业多学科支撑和集群等六大难题,最后结合我院的实践经验,深入探讨了重构专业群(链)、创新产学合作模式等六大举措。
Accelerating connotation construction is the essential task for vocational colleges for the time being. The paper, considering higher professional education accepted as a new type of higher learning, studying the problems in such training and the characteristics of such trainees, expounds the importance of the acceleration and emphasizes such six di^cult problems as multi-discipline supporting and grouping. As a result, the paper, based on the experience of our institute, explores deep into the six measures for restructuring discipline groups (links) and innovating the pattern for enterprise-college cooperation.
