摘要 对无助剂下超声辐射合成共聚高吸水性树脂进行研究。采用超声辐射聚合法,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NM-BA)为交联剂,在不加引发剂和没有氮气保护的情况下合成AM/AM PS共聚高吸水性树脂(PAMA)。初步探讨了树脂的吸液能力、吸水动力学及反应机理,并借助FT IR、SEM、DSC-TGA对树脂进行了表征。结果表明,超声辐射法合成的树脂具有较好的反复吸液能力,树脂吸水过程符合一级动力学,DSC-TGA分析证实所合成的二元共聚物具有较好的热稳定性。 Synthesis of copolymer superabsorbent resin by ultrasonic irradiation without auxiliaries was studied. AM/AMPS copolymer superabsorbent resin was synthesized by ultrasonic irradiation polymerization without any evocating agent and nitrogen protection with acrylamide (AM), 2-acrylamido--2- methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) as monomers, and N, N'-- methylene-bis-acrylmide (NMBA) as crosslinker. The resin's absorbency, absorbency kinetics and absorbency mechanism were studied primarily, and characterized by FTIR SEM and DSC-TGA. The results show that the resin has good ability of being reused repeatedly and the kinetics of absorption process follows first-order kinetics equation, and analysis by DSC-TGA demonstrates its excellent thermal stability.
