摘要 Mo70-Cu复合材料,由于致密度较低,常在后续轧制加工时出现严重的边裂。为了提高该复合材料的致密度和轧制性能,作者采用熔渗法制备Mo70-Cu复合材料,并对其样品进行冷轧实验,研究熔渗保温时间对密度和塑性的影响。实验结果表明,Mo70-Cu复合材料的密度及相应的加工性能均随保温时间的延长而提高,冷轧时的变形率达40%时,样品仍未出现宏观边裂现象,可以满足对CPC芯材的要求。 Because of low density, the Mo70-Cu composite material experiences bound fracture in follow-up cold rolling, which hinders itself to be a good core material for CPC composite material. In order to advance the density and rolling-capability of the Mo70-Cu composites, it was prepared by infiltration process at first, and then cold rolled as well as density was measured by drainage and microstructures were investigated by SEM and metalloscope. The results show that the density of the Mo70-Cu is increased with the extension of the thermal hold time, which obviously improves the cold rolling-capability of the Mo70-Cu composite, and the bound fracture of the rolling specimen is never occurred even the deformation amount of the rolling specimen goes up to 40%. All those above verify that the Mo70-Cu composite can satisfy the requirement for CPC core material.
