摘要 研究粉煤灰的填充量及偶联剂用量对聚丙烯-粉煤灰复合材料力学性能的影响,比较经偶联剂处理前后复合材料力学性能的变化,并利用SEM观察复合材料的微观结构.结果表明:偶联剂的最佳用量为1%,且硅烷偶联剂的处理效果明显好于钛酸酯偶联剂.经单氨基硅烷偶联剂DB-550和双氨基硅烷偶联剂DB-792处理后,粉煤灰的最佳填充量由处理前的15%分别增大到25%和20%,说明加入偶联剂能够有效改善聚丙烯-粉煤灰两者之间的界面结合,提高复合材料的力学性能,同时还可降低材料成本. In this thesis, the influence of fly coal ashes filled content and coupling agent content on the mechanical properties of fly coal ashes filled polypropylene composites is investigated, the mechanical properties changes of the composites are compared before and after disposing by coupling agent and the micro-structure of composites is observed by SEM. The results show that the best coupling agent content is 1% and the effect of silane coupling agent is much better than titanium coupling agent. Modified by one amido silane coupling agent DB-550 and double amido coupling agent DB-792, the best content of fly coal ashes can increase from 15% to 25% and 20%, it explains that the interface combination between polypropylene and fly coal ashes is improved effectively and the mechanical properties of composites are also improved, at the same time lowering the material costs.
