摘要
提出一种用ANSYS分析装配体模态的新方法,针对某履带车辆传动系统高速旋转齿轮求解两种临界状态下的系统频率和主振型,而每种临界状态下的模态都可以用线性模态分析理论求解,系统运行时的固有频率在两者之间.将模态分析结果与AD-AMS运动仿真得到的啮合频率进行比较,分析系统运行时能否发生共振.
A new method for analysing assembly mode by ANSYS is proposed, the system frequencies and the main vibration mode of gear transmission system of the caterpillar vehicle are studied on two critical state. The frequencies and the main vibrartion mode can be solved with linear mode analysis theory , the natural frequency of gear system is located between the frequencies of two critical state. The meshing frequencies obtained by ADAMS are compared with above mentioned frequencies to know whether the resonance vibration will occur or not.
