摘要
目的探讨九香止泻片(又名秦香止泻片)体外的抑菌作用。方法将九香止泻片采用对倍稀释试管法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC),采用管碟法测定最低杀菌浓度(MBC),并与肠康片、诺氟沙星胶囊比较抑菌作用。结果九香止泻片对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌的MIC分别为:0.25、0.125、0.25、0.25、0.25g/mL;九香止泻片对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌的MBC分别为0.25、0.125、0.25、0.5、0.5g/mL;对大肠杆菌和痢疾杆菌的抑菌作用,九香止泻片和肠康片相比,九香止泻片明显优于肠康片,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对其他细菌两者抑菌作用相当。结论九香止泻片对体外细菌具有较好的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the bacteriostasis of Jiuxiang Zhixie tablet in vitro. Methods The tablets were diluted and minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC)detected. and the minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of bacteriostasis were determined by two fold dilution test tube method and cup-plate method respectively, and compared with Changkang tablet and Norfloxacin capsules. Results The MIC of staphylococcus aureus,bacterium paratyphosum 0.25,0.125,0.25,0.25,0.25 g/mL respectively, staphylococcus aureus, bacterium paratyphosum 0.25,0.125,0.25,0.5,0.5 g/mL respectively. Ji Jiuxiang Zhixie tablet against escherichia coli, sis compared with Changkang tablet (P〈0.05). Conclusion JiuxiangZhixie tablet is effective for bacteriostasis in vitro.
