摘要 综述了飞机用微孔塑料连续挤出成型技术。分别从聚合物的塑化、均相聚合物/气体体系形成和微孔发泡三个方面作了详细论述,并结合当前国内外对微孔塑料成型技术的研究现状,介绍了最新的微孔塑料挤出成型技术。强调连续挤出成型仍然是最具有产业化优势的成型技术。 The continuous extrusion molding technology of microcellular plastics was summarized. From the three aspects of plastic polymers, homogeneous polymer/gas system and the formation of porous foam were introduced in detail. Combined with current home and abroad for the porous plastic molding technology research, the latest micro plastics extrusion technology was presented. And the continuous extrusion industry continues to be the most advantage of the molding technology was stressed.
