摘要
渣油加氢催化剂失活经历三个阶段,即焦炭而引起的初期的快速失活,金属硫化物所致的中期的缓慢失活,孔堵塞造成的最后阶段的快速失活。积炭失活与许多因素有关,包括原料油的性质,催化剂性质,工艺条件。金属硫化物在催化剂上的沉积会造成催化剂本征活性的降低及内扩散阻力的增加。最后阶段的快速失活的原因是大量金属与积炭堵塞了孔道。
Three stages of residue hydrotreating catalyst deactivation, namely, a rapid initial deactivation by coke deposition, a gradual deactivation due to metal sulfides deposits in the middle of the run and a very rapid final deactivation at the end of the run by pore mouth plugging was discussed. The coke depositionds were greatly influenced by feedstock properties, the properties of catalysts and reaction conditions. Metal deposits caused a gradual deactivation by the decrease ofintrinsic reactivity and the increase ofeffect ofinternal diffusion. Attheendoftherun, the large metal deposits and coke formation lead to deactivation by pore plugging.
