催化分光光度法测定痕量铜

Catalytic Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Copper

摘要 在氨水介质中,痕量Cu(Ⅱ)对H2O2氧化溴甲酚绿的反应有强烈的催化作用。由此建立的痕量Cu(Ⅱ)的催化光度分析法的检出限为70×10-11g/ml。测定范围为0~075mg/25mg。分析结果良好。 A catalytic spectropho to metric method based on the oxidation of bromocresol green with H 2O 2 in the presence of Cu(Ⅱ) catalyst was used for determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ).The detection limit was 7 0×10 -11 g/ml,the linear respondence was in the range of ~0 7mg/25ml.The effect of foreign ions was studied and the method showed good selectivitg.
