摘要
在氨水介质中，痕量Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）对Ｈ２Ｏ２氧化溴甲酚绿的反应有强烈的催化作用。由此建立的痕量Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）的催化光度分析法的检出限为７０×１０－１１ｇ／ｍｌ。测定范围为０～０７５ｍｇ／２５ｍｇ。分析结果良好。
A catalytic spectropho to metric method based on the oxidation of bromocresol green with H 2O 2 in the presence of Cu(Ⅱ) catalyst was used for determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ).The detection limit was 7 0×10 -11 g/ml,the linear respondence was in the range of ～0 7mg/25ml.The effect of foreign ions was studied and the method showed good selectivitg.
