摘要
采用文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,对参加教师职前拓展训练的100名大学生进行实验研究.结果显示:教师职前拓展训练不仅使大学生的归因方式从外控型转向内控型,而且使大学生善于将原因源归因于内部原因即稳定性的因素;性别不是影响教师职前拓展训练对大学生归因方式训练效果的主要因素.
By approaches of documentary method, mathematical statistics and so on, experiment and research on 100 undergraduates attending teacher's pre-career outward bound training. The result shows that teacher's pre-career outward bound training converts the graduates' attribution way from external control to internal control, and makes graduates tend to attribute the reason to internal reason, Or stability factor. Sex is not the main factor for teacher's pre-career outward bound training to influence the graduates' attribution way.
