摘要
研究了邻苯二甲酸、苯甲酸和对羟基苯甲酸3种芳香酸分别做淋洗液的单柱阳离子色谱法分离测定Li+、Na+、NH4+、K+、甲胺、乙胺和正丙胺7种物质。3种芳香酸做淋洗液均可将7种物质分离开,且分离结果差异不大。在淋洗液浓度相同的条件下,邻苯二甲酸做淋洗液测定的检出限较低。选择3.0 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸做淋洗液测得了上述7种物质的检出限和线性范围,并进行了叶面肥试样分析,7种物质的加标回收率在96.4%~98.6%之间。
The determination of Li+, Na+, NH4+, K+, CH3NH2, CH3CH2NH2, and CH3CH2CH2NH2 by single-column canon chromatography using phthalic acid, benzoic acid and p-hydroxybenzoic acid as eluent, respectively, was described. A cation-exchange column was employed for separation with conductivity detection. The separation of seven ions was achieved using three kinds of aromatic acid as eluent, and results of separation were similar. When the concentration of eluent is identical, the detection limits of ions obtained using phthalic acid as eluent are lower than those using benzoic .acid or p-hydroxybenzoic acid as eluent. Therefore, phthalic acid is a more suitable eluent than benzoic acid and p- hydroxybenzoic acid for sensitive analysis. When 3. 0 mmol/L phthalic acid is used as eluent, the detection limit for Li+, Na+, NH4+, K+, CH3NH2, CH3CH2NH2 and CH3CH2CH2NH2 is 0. 020, 0. 022, 0. 026, 0. 062, 0. 039, 0. 094 and 0. 256 mg/L, the linear range of calibration curve is 0. 020-20, 0. 022-20, 0. 026-20, 0. 062-40, 0. 039-30, 0. 094-40 and 0. 256-50 mg/L, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of leaf surface fertilizer sample. The recoveries of added standard are 96. 4%-98. 6%.
