摘要
通过对高职专业人才培养模式改革与素质教育的论述,说明了改革人才培养模式、培养学生职业能力和创新精神的重要性,并以数控技术专业为例,探讨了课程体系构建、课程教学设计与实施中融合素质教育的方法与途径。
The paper narrates the importance of the professional training model and the essential - qualities - orientied education, discusses the curriculum system construction, the method of course teaching design and practice with the CNC technical application major as the example through discussing the the professional training model and the essential - qualities - orientied education in vocational colleges.
