摘要
以CFD软件为平台,采用动网格模型和非耦合方法,对某重机枪液压缓冲器内部流场进行数值模拟,系统地研究了流场随活塞运动的变化规律和液压阻力特性,将模拟结果与经验公式计算结果和实测数据对比分析,验证了CFD软件在提高武器系统设计和分析精度上的实用性、有效性和先进性。
The inner flow field of the hydraulic buffer of some machine gun was numerically simulated by using Computational Fluid Dynamies (CFD) software. The law of the flow field and hydromantic characteristic were studied. The dynamic mesh and the segregated method were applied. The practicability and validity of CFD software on improving the accuracy of the design of weapons system was verified by comparing the simulated data and test data.
