常州市17所医院药学人力资源与知识结构调研 被引量:4

Investigation on human resources and knowledge structure of pharmacy of 17 hospitals in Changzhou

摘要 目的:促进医疗机构药学人力资源与知识结构的优化,为医疗决策机构提供药学人力资源的可靠信息,保障药学服务质量的提高,使药学事业得以快速发展。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,调查分析常州市17所医院的药剂科基本情况;药剂科负责人的基本情况;药学专业岗位分布与药学人才的现状、存在的主要问题;临床药学工作与临床药师培养状况、存在的主要问题。结果:常州市17所医院药学人员总人数为661人,占医技人数总数的6.62%,其中29岁以下者占药剂人员总数的23.90%,30—39岁者占31.62%,40~49岁者占21.18%,50岁以上者占23.30%;硕士学历占药剂人员总数的0.76%,本科占29.95%,大专占26.63%,中专占21.63%,其他占21.03%;副高以上职称占药剂人员总数的8.32%,中级职称占30.86%,师级占37.67%,士级占11.95%。其他占11.20%。结论:合理配置医疗机构药学人力资源,并在这一基础上,进一步深化改革,强调药学人员要更新理念,注重本体知识与医学知识的综合应用,做到医药并重,指导合理用药,促进药学事业的健康发展。 Objective: Stimulate the optimization of human resources and intellectual structure of medical institutions, provide reliable information for medical policy-making authorities, guarantee the enhancement of the quality of pharmaceutical service, and accelerate the development of pharmaceutical industry. Methods: By the method of questionnaire, investigate the basic information of the departments of pharmacy in 17 hospitals in Changzhou and their directors. Analyze the major existing issues of the position distributions, the present conditions of personnel of pharmacy, and the intellectual structures of clinical pharmacists. Results: The total number of staff pharmacists is 661 in 17 hospitals of Changzhou, which is 6.62 percent of all medical 23.90, 30-39 is 31.62, 40-49 is 21.18 and above employees. The percentage under 29 years old is 50 is 23.30. The percentage of employees with master degree is 0. 76, bachelor degree is 29.95, associate degree is 26. 63, technical school with diploma's degree is 21.63 and others is 21.03. Of these employees, 8.32% are associate seniors, 30.86% are medium levels, 37.67% are pharmacists, 11.95% are assistant pharmacists, and 11.20% are at other levels. Conclusions: Allocate the pharmaceutical human resources of medical institutions effectively, and on this basis, further the reformation, emphasize that the pharmacists must refresh their ideas, stress the importance of comprehensive use of the pharmaceutical and medical knowledge, value the significance of both medicine and drugs, guide the publics to use drugs rationally, and foster the healthy development of pharmaceutical industry.
