胰高糖素样肽-1与2型糖尿病及中药干预的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 目的综述胰高糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)与2型糖尿病的关系及中药干预作用的研究进展。方法依据近年来国内外研究文献为基础,对文献资料进行分析和总结。结果与结论GLP-1具有葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素分泌作用,同时还可以保护胰岛β细胞功能,在2型糖尿病的发病及治疗中占有重要地位。许多中药可以通过调节GLP-1水平而改善糖代谢,达到治疗糖尿病的目的。
