聚苯乙烯/聚乙二醇蜂窝状有序膜的制备与表征 被引量:2

摘要 通过水辅助法制备了聚苯乙烯/聚乙二醇(PS/PEG)蜂窝状有序膜,并研究了亲水性PEG在膜表面的富集现象及其抗蛋白质吸附行为.采用场发射扫描电子显微镜表征了水洗前后膜表面的形貌变化,发现水溶性PEG主要沉积于膜孔孔壁.原子力显微镜相位图直观证实了PEG在蜂窝状膜表面的富集现象.激光共聚焦显微镜结果表明,PEG富集区域具有抗罗丹明标记牛血清清蛋白吸附的能力.同时还发现了水蒸汽出口的改进可以获得较大的相对湿度与气流稳定性,从而提高成膜品质、改善成膜重复性.
