母子公司文化控制影响因素研究 被引量:13

摘要 本文以山东省企业集团中的母子公司作为研究对象,采用问卷调查的研究方法,从管理不确定性理论、资源互赖理论和组织领导人人格特质理论三个角度选取变量,探讨影响文化控制实施的因素。结果表明,当母公司文化强大,子公司的外部环境不确定性程度较高时,文化控制就成为母公司有效控制子公司的强有力手段。
