摘要
研究了利用超声图像对高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)辐射后的组织进行无损测温问题。利用实值离散Gabor变换对HIFU辐射前后的差图像进行变换后,能将反映组织温度变化的信息有效地提取出来。采用实值Gabor变换低频系数能量作为无损测温的手段,并利用离体猪肉和猪肝进行实验。实验证明,超声图像的实值离散Gabor系数能量和组织内温度之间呈准线性关系,且具有较高的温度分辨率,比灰度平均值的无损测温能力要强,可以作为HIFU无损测温的方法。
A new method is proposed for noninvasive temperature estimation, which is one of the key issues in high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) technique. In the tissue, temperature changes generated by HIFU cause gray variation of the B-mode ultrasonic image, which can be used to estimate temperature. The difference image is decomposed using real-valued discrete Gabor transform (RDGT), and then the information related to temperature can be extracted from the other information such as noise. In-vitro fresh pork and liver tissue were used in experiments. Experimental results show that the relation between temperature and energy of RDGT is approximately linear, and noninvasive estimation based on RDGT has a high temperature resolution. The RDGT can be applied to temperature estimation.
