Toll样受体与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronic rhino-sinusitis)是常见的慢性疾病之一.多因急性鼻-鼻窦炎反复发作未彻底治愈而迁延所致,可单侧发病或单窦发病,以双侧发病或多窦发病常见。应用内科和手术的方法可以成功治疗大多数患有慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的患者;可是,对传统治疗方法无效的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者越来越普遍。近来对先天性免疫系统重要性的认识,开辟了关于慢性鼻-鼻窦炎发病机制研究的新领域。本文就先天性免疫中toll样受体与慢性鼻-鼻窦炎关系作一综述。
