摘要
为了得到油品运动粘度测定的准确结果,实验考察了粘度计常数的选择、粘度计安装的垂直状况和测定温度控制的影响。结果表明,选择粘度计常数偏高,结果偏大;粘度计向宽管方向倾斜,结果小于准确值,向毛细管主管方向倾斜和向侧面倾斜,结果都大于准确值;粘度对温度的影响很敏感,恒温浴极微小的温度波动(超过±0.1℃),测定结果也会有较大偏差。
Three main factors influencing determi- nation of kinematical viscosity,i.e.the selection of viscosity constant,the installation verticality of viscometer,and the control of measurement tem- perature,are analyzed.In order to determine the viscosity of product oil accurately,the experiment should be carried out following the instruments and conditions required by standard method to avoid the errors resulted from unsuitable instrument or im- proper operation.
