摘要
将激光雷达运用于铁路超限货物测量,提出利用背景箱作为标定物,采用光一机一电技术、信号采集处理技术、计算机分析运算技术以及图像监视处理技术,通过人工定标、激光扫描、倾角修正、坐标转换等一系列措施,实现了铁路货物装载状况和超限等级的仪器化测量,解决了大型装备铁路运输超限状况的快速检测问题,提高了大型装备铁路运输装载效率和安全性。
This paper elaborates the measurement applied to railway overload transportation by using background binning as calibration, uses the light - machine - electricity technology, the signal gathering processing technology, the computer analysis operation technology as well as the image surveillance processing technology, through a series of measurements, such as artificial measurement, laser scanning, angle amendment and coordinate conversion, thus survey by instruments and meters is realized in the railroad cargo loading condition and the rank of overload, solves the rapid measurement question of the overload freight large -scale equipment railway transport grade, raises its efficiency and the security .
