摘要 信息素养能力标准作为评价个人信息素养能力、指导信息素养教育实践的指南,为在信息社会探讨信息素质提供了一个框架,具有高层次的参考价值和宏观的指导意义。信息素养模式是一种提高个人信息素养的培养模式,是个人在信息活动中所应该遵循的程序,模式的不同环节或层级与信息素养标准相对应,代表了个人信息素养能力的高低。与标准相比,信息素养模式更具有普遍性和操作性。信息素养的实现则是在信息素养标准和模式的指导基础上,在具体的操作层次上进行实践,提供提高个人信息素养、检验信息素养模式可行性的方案。三者的贯彻实施体现了宏观到微观、一般到具体的过程。本文从信息素养实现的角度,介绍、分析、比较信息素养的标准、模式以及最佳实践,以期对亚太地区信息素养标准的建立以及实践的发展有所裨益。 From the perspective of Information Literacy(IL) implementation, this article systematically introduces, compares and also conducts in-depth analysis of the standards, models and best practices of IL, with explanations about how they function at different levels of IL programs. It aims to provide suggestions to build the standard settings and to develop practical and feasible programs of IL in Asia and Pacific Region.
