摘要
从社会网络角度出发研究社会关系网络结构对企业竞争情报团队学习能力的影响机制。以一个大型物流公司作为个案进行探索性分析,对其三部门中的关键竞争情报活动(KIT)团队的社会网络结构特征(密度、中心度、直径)与竞争情报团队学习能力进行问卷调查,并用SPSS对相关数据进行单因素统计检验,结果证实网络直径、网络密度、网络中心性对竞争情报团队的学习能力有显著的影响。
From the angle of social network, the paper studies the mechanism that the learning ability of enterprise competitive intelligence team will be influenced by the structure of social network. The author chooses a large-scale logistics company as a typical case to exploration, investigates not only the structural characteristics of social network such as density, centrality and diameter in key competitive intelligence team of the three departments, but also the learning ability of competitive intelligence team the by means of questionnaire survey. At last SPSS is used to statistics and check the data by One-way analysis of variance. As a conclusion, diameter, density and centrality of the network has a remarkable effect on the learning ability of competitive intelligence team.
