摘要
本文总结了近5年我科收治的15例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期小儿腹部神经母细胞瘤的治疗，采用CA－EP方案联合化疗后延期手术切除肿瘤，其中一期切除4例，二期切除8例，三期切除1例；放弃二期手术2例；随访6个月～3．5年，死亡3例。作者认为对Ⅲ、Ⅳ期神经母细胞瘤施行联合化疗后延期手术效果满意，结合病理检查结果提出了延期手术的手术指征，联合化疗给药的途径以及术后化疗的时间。
The authors report 15 patients with stage Ⅲ -Ⅳ abdominal neuroblastoma wno have been treated with delayed operation after CA-EP combined chemotherapy in passed flve years. Four offo children's tumors were completely resected in primary operation, 8 cases were resected in second op.eration, one case were resected in third operation, and 2 cases gave up second operation. They were followed up for 6 months to 3 years. 3 of them died. The results suggest that delayed operation of stageⅢ - Ⅳ abdominal neuroblastoma after combined chemotherapy in children is satisfactory. Associated withpathological changes of tumors, authors poPOint out the indication of delayed operation, times and methodsof chemotherapy.
