摘要
研究了以玉米秸秆和淀粉为主要成分的新型缓冲包装材料的动态缓冲性能,利用动态跌落测试采集和数据处理程序对试验数据进行处理,得到了材料的加速度时间曲线、最大加速度与厚度和跌落高度的响应面立体分析图、最大静应力与厚度和跌落高度的响应面立体分析图、缓冲系数与厚度和跌落高度的响应面立体分析图。
The dynamic cushion performance of new cushion packaging material made of corn straw and amylum was studied. Dynamic decline test data of the packaging material were collected and processed with programme, and the acceleration-time curve, response surface plot among maximal acceleration, thickness and height, response surface plot among maximal stress, thickness and height, response surface plot among cushion coefficient, thickness and height were obtained.
